Italy 2026 Tour with Charlene Collins Freeman

Payment Schedule

• Registration and deposit of $1500 is due on January 15, 2026. This is a non-refundable deposit payable to Charlene Collins Freeman which is required at time of registration to secure your spot on the tour.

• The second payment of $2350 is due on March 15, 2026.

• The last payment of $2300 is due on April 30, 2026.

Total $6150/person

A 3% charge is added on to credit card payments.

• Deposit $1500 + 3% =$1,545.00

• Second payment $2350 + 3% =$2,420.50

• Final payment $2300 + 3% =$2,369.00

Additional Costs

You will need to purchase your airfare, meals not included in package, and extra curricular expenses such as personal transportation separately.

Payments must be postmarked by due dates.

Payments can be made here using credit cards. There is an additional 3% fee for the online payment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

All monies collected except the initial $1500 deposit are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to tour start date. All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to tour start date. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
