A non refundable deposit payable to Charlene Collins Freeman is required at time of registration to secure a spot on the tour.

Payment Schedule

1st payment/non refundable deposit for registration due January 15 $850

2nd payment due March 1 $1700

3rd/ Final payment due April 19 $1700

Total $4250 based on double occupancy

Additional Costs

You will need to purchase your airfare, meals not included in package, and extra curricular expenses such as personal transportation separately.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

All monies collected except the initial $850 deposit are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to tour start date. All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to tour start date. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
