Classes are recorded so if you can’t attend during class sessions, you won’t miss a thing! The recordings will be available for one month after the workshop ends.
We will fill up our sketchbooks playing with watercolor techniques, color palettes, and creating playful patterns of subjects from nature. Once you understand how to approach picking colors and discover which color mixes you love you will be able to make intentional choices. As you build up your confidence with watercolors you will become more deeply connected with your own artwork.
Click here for a list of my favorite watercolor supplies. Please feel free to use your own favorite supplies if you prefer.
I strongly recommend a watercolor sketchbook for this class (I am using this Stillman & Birn Beta Series sketchbook which has a nice heavy cold press paper in it.
